Slovak citizens may have to cast their votes in another referendum initiated by the Alliance for Family. The referendum has been suspended and it was passed on the Constitutional court by the President. If the Court approves it, will the majority of Slovaks incline to vote in favour of the arguments of the Alliance or will they grant opportunities to LGBTI communities?

In May 2013, over 740, 000 signatures were collected by a Croatian Catholic group in order to initiate a referendum, the first one since Croatia regained its idependence. Voters will have to answer the following question on December 1st: "Do you agree that marriage is matrimony between a man and a woman?"

The 9th November is the date is associated the proclamation of the first German republic in 1918, the Beer Hall Putsch of 1923, Kristallnacht in 1938 and the fall of Berlin Wall in 1989. However as it stands the official national holiday is rather the 3rd of October – the day of German unity. Should it be changed?
